Total Laser Treatment Package at New England Associates

Laser Hair Therapy: New England Associates® Offers a Total Treatment Program

New England Associates® laser hair therapy program, is not just laser hair therapy. With the use of this innovative therapy in combination with our exclusive line of HairStart® hair and scalp care products, New England Associates® can help change the way you look and feel about hair restoration and replacement.

How Laser Treatment Works
Laser light uses the scientific principle of photobiotherapy. This process occurs when cells absorb light and repairs themselves. Laser light penetrates deep into the tissues of the scalp, increasing circulation of blood flow and stimulating the metabolic processes necessary for hair growth. While laser hair restoration won't bring dead hair follicles back to life it will stimulate follicles in the state of decline and make existing hair thicker and fuller.

Benefits of Laser Hair Treatment may Include:

•             Stopping excessive hair loss.
•             Fuller, shinier, softer, thicker and more manageable hair.
•             Repairs and improves hair shaft quality.
•             Relieves irritating scalp conditions.
•             Increased hair strength and elasticity.
•             Longer lasting color; less fading and oxidation.
•             Repairs damage normally caused by chemical services

The results of your laser treatment are enhanced when you combine it with products like the HairStart® Essentials and HairStart® Condition25™. HairStart® Essentials delivers the most powerful DHT blockers than any other product. You follow this up with HairStart® Condition25™, a specially formulated conditioner that is rich in vitamins, amino acids, and minerals.

There are SEVERAL HairStart® products to choose from,  all of which are proven to result in healthier or fuller hair. When you arrange your free consultation, your doctor will listen and evaluate your specific situation and create a treatment plan that is perfect for you.

Shamrock
The four-leaf clover is seen as good luck because it is rare to come across. There are a couple of different symbolic meanings behind it. Each leaf symbolizes a different lucky characteristic: respect, love, wealth and health. In a religious sense, it could also mean the father, the son and the Holy Spirit, with the fourth leaf symbolizing God’s grace. The presence of the fourth leaf symbolizes redemption. People are taking the “Shamrock” to a whole new level!

Female Hair Loss: Pam's Story

Many would agree that there is a strong relationship between a woman’s hair and her self-confidence. Naturally thick, luscious locks can increase a woman's self-esteem, while thinning, damaged, and brittle hair tends to lower one's self-confidence. But, why do some women experience hair loss while others don’t? Many factors can contribute to the loss of hair, including chemotherapy, stress, heredity, modern medicines, impulse control disorders, and even hormone imbalances. Luckily, there are answers, and they are at New England Associates. Actual NEA client, Pam, discusses her experience with hair loss and how NEA helped her restore her hair.

Pam’s Story
Pam suffered from severe hair loss as a result of polycystic ovarian syndrome — a hormonal imbalance in women. This syndrome increases testosterone (male hormone) levels in women and can cause male pattern baldness.

“I was not comfortable in my own skin. I always felt like someone was staring at my head or that you could see a reflection off my head. That’s not exactly something a woman is comfortable with.”
 –Pam

Pam took the first step and scheduled her free consultation with NEA. Pam received a free hair and scalp analysis to determine her type of hair loss and which one of NEA's proven solutions would work best for her. Pam chose non-surgical hair replacement and now has fuller, thicker, and natural looking hair.

“It’s a scary prospect to go into but it is the best investment you will ever make in yourself. I can’t tell you how much of a different it made.”
 –Pam

Men’s Hair Loss and Genetics

The American Hair Loss Association (AHLA) states that about 85% of men will have significant hair thinning by the time they turn 50. Majority of male hair loss – more than 95% – is attributed to male-pattern baldness, which is a genetic trait. It is important to note that in most cases hair loss in men does not signal that there is a medical problem.

The gene that causes male-pattern baldness can come from either parent. According to WebMD, a sign that you are beginning to experience male-pattern baldness is a receding, M-shaped hairline.

The next sign is hair thinning on the top of your head; eventually the two meet and create a horseshoe-type appearance around the head.

Hormones are another major cause of male-pattern baldness. The hormone, Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), causes hair follicles to shrink. These hair follicles end up shrinking so much that hair can no longer grow from them.

New England Associates (NEA) offers every successful option to stop hair loss and re-grow, restore, or replace hair. Several procedures that NEA offers to help men and women fight hair loss are Hair Transplantation, Hair Replacement, and Laser Hair Therapy Treatments, among others.

Among NEA’s many hair loss-fighting procedures, we also offers a free consultation and hair and scalp analysis. If you are suffering from hair loss and think that we can help you, contact us at http://hairstart.com/contact_us.htm or give us a call at 1-888-424-7782; 1-888-HairStart. Hats and Hair Loss

The correlation between hats and hair loss is one of the oldest myths that has been told for far too long. Believe it or not, there is no scientific research that proves wearing a hat contributes to hair loss.  Many people believe that wearing hats will cause or contribute to premature baldness,  but believe it or not, there is no scientific research that proves wearing a hat contributes to hair loss. In order for a hat to cause hair loss, it would need to be tight enough to cut off circulation to the hair follicles — and I certainly hope no one is wearing a hat that tight!

http://www.healthcentral.com/skin-care/c/1443/155005/wearing-hat-hair/#sthash.ITpndUzn.dpuf

Most experts can agree that wearing a hat daily does not cause you to lose hair. However, for those who are already losing their hair due to male pattern baldness and/or from another genetic predisposition, wearing a hat can be threatening to your hair's health.

Here are some ways that a hat could cause a problem for someone who already has thinning hair:
http://www.livestrong.com/article/31899-hats-cause-thinning-hair/

On & Off
When removing and replacing a hat often, some delicate hair that is already thinning or falling out could be aggravated, and pulled out. This could further the loss of hair that is about to fall out due to balding. Preventing the constant removal and replacement of your hat could assist in keeping some of that hair on the head where it belongs.

Too tight
Although, not commonly seen, there are some conditions where a very tight hat could potentially cut of circulation to the head and result in a deadened hair follicle. For this to happen, the hat would have to be so tight that it would be extremely uncomfortable.

Sweating
The consistent application of a hat while sweating profusely can be damaging to your hair follicles. What happens is that the sweat could become trapped in the follicle causing it to slow down growth. This particular process must be studied further for more definitive answers.

Continuing to wear a hat on a regular basis could potentially lead to damaged hair from split ends and breakage. As a result your hair could look less thick, and thinner in some places.
The bottom line is, while hats may not be the main cause when it comes to hair loss, they surely don’t help it. Although genes will play a much bigger role in hair loss than your hat will, it is always good to take precautions.

So remember, try not to wear tight hats, exercise in a hat/sweating into it, or be careless when removing or replacing it!
